What Causes Headaches With Itching,pain And Chills All Over The Body?

had a pain in my underarm quite severe but felt no apparent lump and went to the doctors they said its probably just an infection and gave me some antibiotics but since then (2days ago) ive had headaches the pain i feel is now sparadically all over my body, been having chills and sometimes feel very hot all of today my whole body has been itching no visible rash could all this be caused by the infection as im worrying myself it could be lymphoma, im 22 female no previous health problems
