What Causes Headaches With Leg Bruising And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

I am a worried 28 year old female,I am approx 5ft 1 and weigh 6 stone 11 as have had weight loss my concern is luekemia, have had some bloods taken and they came back fine.wanted to know can you still have it although your bloods came back fine?.As my symptoms point to this.
