What Causes Headaches With Sleepiness And Breathing Difficulty?

i'm having slight headaches in the evening of everyday...its like my whole skull is paining.not just the fore head...i'm feeling sleepy most parts of the day...i also have breathing trouble...i've had breathing trouble before...it was said because of esnophelia trouble...but now i'm kinda of worried whether these are interconnected...
