What Causes Headaches?

Hi i am having a problem of headache from seven years before 1 month i felt much better but thi weak i am having bad headache.i have done every singal tests,mri,ct scan,eeg,etc... every tests are normal and perfect.and took many medicens but no result of head pain.even checked my eyes also and vertigo.the head pains all around.plz help me
