What Causes Headaches?

Yesterday, I was laughing with a friend of mine and I must admit I was laughing pretty hard. I got a headache afterwards and it continued all the way to today. Its not immense pain (left side of head). Should I be worried. Also I took a Tylenol and it dicipated but returned later on
