What Causes Headaches?

hi i have been suffering with really bad headaches the last yr iv had an headache since friday and if i move i go dizzy, my ear fills blocked but no pain my teeth up the top are hurting and i think getting loose,and my arm gose numb this is all on my left side,if i walk for to long my top of my legs and groins hurt can u help
