What Causes Headaches?

hi im 19 years old and i just took my blood pressure. it showed 105 over 62 with a rate 57. is that too low? i am in fairly good shape but i continuosly get these horrible headaches which seem to b close to the temple particarly the left one. sometimes even walking to the next room or just simply getting up i get them. i was wondering if it had something to do with my blood pressure
