What Causes Headache,stiffness In Neck And Ringing In Ear After Having Shots Neck Pain?

I had shots in my neck for neck pain already has c-5,6,7 fused with spacers. Four days ago had shots trying to help with the pain. But instantly I had pain really bad head ache that is still with me, stiff neck so stiff that I can't look up or turn side to side, ringing in my ears, pain going down my arms to hands from my neck. Very sick to my stumic all the time. Feel really bad. I'm not sick with a cold but my nose keeps running.Do you have any idea what Is going on?
