What Causes Hearing Loss And Blood In Ear?

Hello doctor, my name is martins, pls I was slapped on sunday and the person who slapped me had this huge iron ring on, since den I lost my hearing in my left ear and blood keeps coming out from that same left ear I can't hear well, am confused what could be the cause or what could have gone wrong?
