What Causes Hearing Loss In Left Ear Post Treatment For Ear Infection?

Hi I was treated for an ear infection 2 weeks ago, finished my antibiotics, still no hearing in my left ear. The last 2 days I ve had a pain between my rib cage and major bloating, dizziness and feels like little electric shocks when I walk or do stairs, very tired and no desire to eat.
