What Causes Hearing Of Noise In Head,dizziness And Headache?

Hi Doctor, For the past 7months, im was hearing noise in my head like whizzing sound along with headache(light), dizzness, neckpain and hard in openning the jaw.Due to these, i was unable to sleep. i have contacted Ear, Eyes and neuro specalist, everyone says everything is normal, even i had scan in my haed and concluded no tumor.Please help me on this issue as it keeps on increasing day by day and unable to approach doctor as everyone says im normal.
