What Causes Hearing Of Ringing Sounds In Ear When I Blow My Cheek?

So I went to the doctor today because I have this ringing noise in my ear and it feels like liquid is in my ear and when I blow my cheek I hear this squirt sound like liquid is running through my cheek the doctor said he dosent see liquid in the ear all he sees is a "bubble" and sometimes I feel like liquid is coming out of my ear but theres nothing. My ear feels full I've had this problem for like 4 months However Back in December I went to the ENT and the ENT said I had liquid in my ear he prescribed me AFRIN it hasnt help I do get pain in that ear time to time
