What Causes Heart Burn Along With Stiffness In Neck And Shoulder?

My mother is 45 years old. Yesterday she complained of having heartburn for most the evening. Then this morning she woke up to a stiff neck and shoulder and on and off again chest pains. She now has blue visible veins going from the right side of her chest down her shoulder and arm.
