What Causes Heart Burn,back Pain And Pressure In The Right Side Of The Body?

i am scheduled for a pelvic exam and a ultra sound tomorrow... i have a terribly desented stomach, heartburn daily, terrible pressure on my right side.. back pain on rt. side.. muscles on mid rt. side of back inflamed daily.. tired daily, weight gain...alot of pressure in my stomach.
