What Causes Heart Pain And Palpitations While EKG And CT Are Normal?

hi my name is David, I ve been having hart problems,and no one is on my side.they semm to be getting worse I ve been to the hospital alot,and my e k g comes back fine. it all started when i was have trouble with breathing diffaculties,and the i got a ct scan,and ever since then my heart seems to be getting worse but nothing shows up on ekg...Palpatation when i try to exercise the pain gets worse what can i do?please help
