What Causes Heart Pain While Taking Deep Breath?

I m 23 years old and live an active lifestyle. The past few days when I take a deep breath, it feels like my heart hurts. Now, when I take a deep breath I still feel a slight sharp pain and it almost feels like my heart (or that area of my chest) pops a couple of times. Any idea?
