What Causes Heart Palpitation And Pain Radiating From Neck To Forehead?

I have been having terrible pain on the left back side if my neck all day, along with pain that's radiating into my forehead that is made worse when walking or doing anything remotely vigorous. Now my resting heart rate is up to 116 bpm and I can feel my heart pounding. Should I be concerned?
