What Causes Heart Palpitations After Taking Cayenne Pepper Diet Pills?

i took acai berry and cayenne pepper diet pills and i didn t drink enough water. several minutes later i felt extreme body heat, shortness on breath and fast heart beat. i was taken to the emergency room they did a EKG and every thing was fine. couple months later i experience heart palpitations almost every day along with dizziness. could this be from taking the pills.
