What Causes Heart Palpitations Along With Pain Between Breast And Shoulder?

Sometimes my heart rate goes up when I'm at rest, like sitting down, for no reason. When I check my blood pressure it is usually 96/80 -110/80. My pulse has been at 126. I am a 36 year old female, am 5'1" tall and weigh about 120lbs. This happened yesterday and I also felt a faint vibration like feeling in the chest area and localized pain between my left breast and left shoulder. I was told it could be costochondritis. I had an echocardiogram around summer last year and was told it was fine.
