What Causes Heart Palpitations And Sweating After Having Rocephin And Steroid Injection?

I am taking Ceftin for a sinus infection and URI. I wasn t improving much so my doctor gave me a Recephin injection this morning. On Tuesday I also had a steroid injection. I am having heart palpitations, bounding pulse, sweating and a headache. Do I need to seek medical attention. I called my pharmacist and she said I should be ok unless other symptoms appear.
