What Causes Heart Palpitations, Shortness Of Breath And Vomiting After Taking Non-aspirin?

hi, I am frank. im 18 and in college. so earlier today I felt like I was sick, the usual headache, stuffy nose etc. so I took 2 nonaspirin and went to bed at ten. I just wwoke up at one needing to pee. so I did and then my heart started pounding harder and harder and it felt like I almost couldn't breath, mouth was really dry, then I started puking and now im in my chair and my neck, back, legs, shoulders, wrists and ankles all hurt and it feels like my whole body is hot. I have no idea what it is
