What Causes Heart Palpitations With The Following TSH And Triglyceride Levels?

I had heart palpitations for a week,I checked my BP it was higher than normal 140/85.Than i went for blood test and my triglycerides came out to be 210. After that i went to a cardiologist for consultaion on palpitations and he suggest me to take anti anxiety meds. I took n my palpitations are now fine.I also had my thyroid levels checked. T3, T4 are normal but my TSH is 6.77.What should i do now
