What Causes Heartburn And Mood Swings When On The IUD?

Hello. So I got my IUD in about maybe beginning of August or end of July. Unfortunately, I had intercourse before getting it in it inserted. Right now I would be 7 months along. I am having problems with heartburn I m still having a period my regular time and I have also been having mood swings. I ve done dozens of tests it feels like throughout the months that I ve been on the IUD. I did one maybe two weeks ago and it was negative I m just unsure if I m pregnant or not. Would it make a difference if I went to the doctor did a pregnancy test there or at a Planned Parenthood rather than at home ones or should I just ask for an ultrasound?? Thank you... Anything helps...
