What Causes Heat Boil Between Penis And Skin Below Stomach?

actually i am having some kind of heat boil in between my penis and the skin below my stomach area. it is paining a lot when ever my penis gets erected and touching the boil. i don't know what that is...i hope i can get a cure for this as soon as possible
