What Causes Heat Boils On My Fingers, Palm And Feet?

hi doctor, i am 23 yrs of age...my height is 5.3 & weight is 40kgs...i have no medical problems...but i have a skin complaint...i generally get heat boils on my fingures, palm & feet which burst..causing the skin to wear out..i want to know is this normal ? and what is the solution to this ?
