What Causes Heat Rashes On Face And Itching Near Lower Lip?

Hi Doctor. I started to use the HCG drops today itself .. a couple of hourse I took the drops in the morning, I have developed some heat rashes on my face and feel very itchy near my lower lip. Is it a common symptom or something else. I am concerned.
