What Causes Heat Sensation In The Breast And Greenish Discharge?

for the last week , week and a half, I get a sudden feeling of heat in my left breast....it goes away just as quickly as it starts....and tonight I noticed a discharge that was kind of greenish in color. I am a 46 year old woman who had her last mammogram on New Year's eve, 2010.
