What Causes Heaviness And Constant Humming Sound In Left Ear?

I am really scared I have had a heavy feeling in my leaft ear and when I get it things sound funny I can hear a low but loud hhuumm in my ear and I dont know what to do it only comes at night then the morning it will go away then it will come back mabe later on but it alwase happen right befor I goo to bed
