What Causes Heaviness And Pain In Legs Along With Nausea?

Hi - I woke up in the middle of the night with upset stomach/nausea feeling. I rose to get some water, and my arms and legs felt heavy, and back was aching. I went back to bed in a sitting posture and the feelings went away after about an hour. Could this be food related, or something else? Thanks. BK
