What Causes Heaviness And Pressure In Forehead?

I Have been suffering from heaviness and presuure inside forehead area since 8 years,its there all the time since started. Worsens when i am more stressed . How to get rid of this problem forever.I have tried all sorts of medicines all theses years.It has affected my life so badly .
