What Causes Heaviness And Stiffness In The Back Of Neck?

My right side of my head toward the back by the neck feels very heavy and stiff. My vision gets a little foggy when it hits me hard. Something tells me that if I keep feeling it im going to get a shock to my brain. I get scared it s going to shock me. But it never does.
