What Causes Heaviness In Breasts?

I am 48 years old and have had 4 children, nursed a total of 10 years. I haven t nursed in 3. I am in the middle of my cycle and had the sensation of milk letting down, twice within about an hour. After they felt heavy, just like they used to when my milk would come in. Do you have any idea why this would happen when I m not pregnant?
