What Causes Heaviness In Chest And Period In Every Two Weeks?

Greetings! I am feeling heavy in my chest, my cycles are coming every two weeks and only lasting 2days max. I had a Tubal done 4 years ago so couldn't be pregnancy, however I have been to the doctors and they don't seem to want to help me. I have never had this to happen up until 3 months ago. What could this be? Im only 28 years of age.
