What Causes Heaviness In Head Along With Tiredness?

SURE. I miscarried in the first trimester, lost a lot of blood, got very dizzy in the ER and fell down hitting my head on the floor. Subsequently I got blood transfusion, 4 units of blood and I was taken to the OR where they did a D&C. That was last week. A head CT scan showed no hemorrhage. Now I feel heaviness in my head especially when I bend down. I also feel neck discomfort and tiredness. I am not just myself. Can you help me figure out what is going on with me? Thanks.
