What Causes Heaviness In Testicles?

Hello Doctor, I have dull heaviness in the right testicles . this has been going on for about six months. I used to masturbate a lot before . . I dont know how long that went for but i started feeling a sharp sensation in the right testicle And Pain while urnateing ...and also heavinees in right side of belly and back pain.After that I tried to control the masturbation.. That relieved the pain to a large extent (it was not as intense anymore), and there was a mild discomfort in peeing which also went away in a few weeks. But slight heaviness still remained . That slight heaviness still remains in the right testicle and heaviness in right side of belly .
