What Causes Heaviness In The Chest With Numbness In Arm Post An Injury?

HELLO, I got hit in the heart area of my chest a few weeks ago, that area has been feeling really heavy and tight since then. today my left arm started to feel alittle numb when standing. any idea what it could be? I get out of breath sometimes as of lately also
