What Causes Heaviness In Throat And Coughing Up Of Blood?

Heaviness in throat feeling, no soar ness, no chest pain, sudden on set of a cough spit up blood one time a day for two days, started 3 days after feeling better for what I thought was getting a cold flu like that lasted only 2 day, do I having an infection and just don t know it?
