What Causes Heaviness On Right Side Of Head And Muscle Twitching?

I had an ultra sound done on my thyroid today and the term mastoid and white to describe color were heard. They were trying to be discrete. I always have heaviness on right side of head, fluid in ear and muscle twitching. What is going on? I have seen several doctors over the past twol years. I have taken way too many antibiotics. Lots of mucus in eyes nose and throat. Please give me some idea as to what is taking such a toll on me and making me feel so miserable
