What Causes Heavy Bleeding After A Novasure Surgery?

I had the novasure surgery a week ago. went in for post op yesterday with my ob/gyn and all was well. woke up this morning with heavy bleeding and have been soaking a super tampon at least every hour to two hours. it's not getting any better. whats going on? I'm very worried.
