What Causes Heavy Bleeding After A Rough Sex?

Hi there,Im wondering if i could get some advice as myself and my boyfriend are extremely worried
I was out last night and I was a little drunk but I was also slipped something into my drink,to cut a long story short I was raped as a person im dealing with it but the man who done it to me was extremely forceful,now im left bleeding even though im not due my periods for two weeks,its dripped out of me at an alarming rate and there is black blood clots coming out also,my boyfriend wants to take me to A&E but im reluctant to go as im frightened of hospitals and I dont want anyone to know what I went through,could you possibly tell me if its possible anything could have happened or could my periods have just been brought forward by what had happened? im worried that perhaps something was damaged or cut as im generaly small down there so im worried due to the forcefulness and his size that something could be wrong
