What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Nausea During Menstruation?

About a month ago I went to my doctor about trying to conceive a second child. He said I might need to have a dye test done to test my tubes. I have since lost medical insurance. I was supposed to start my period this past Friday. I'm on a 27 day cycle and normally I spot one or two days prior. I spotted Wednesday and Thursday and then was late 2 days. I didnt start until Sunday afternoon. When I finally started it wasn't normal. It wasn't cloty like normal and ended earlier than normal on Tuesday. Today I've been spotting again. I've had an elevated body tempature and severe nausea.
