What Causes Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

hi,i just want to ask if my menstruation now is still ok,it started mar25 normal flow,but from mar-29 till now it got heavy,i used to have 2 wiks menstruation but witk normal to slow flow only,im afraid there's a problem now because it's still heavy flowing.
