What Causes Heavy Bleeding, Pain And Lump On Cervix After ParaGard Removal?

When I got my paragard removed it was very pain full And they put another one in. Now three days later I m bleeding heavy, still in pain, and more I found a lump on my cervix. What could it be? I m in a lot of pain and my doctor won t tell me anything.
