What Causes Heavy Bleeding While Having PCOS Treatment?

I have pcos and have been under doctors care for about 6 months already. every month i go in for a shot to start my period (if i don't i won't start on my own) and in march and april i took clomid to try and come out pregnant. I didn't go back for the 3rd cycle of clomid nor for my shot for the month of may. but around 3-4 weeks ago in May i was getting bad pains around my ovaries (i wouldn't consider them cramps); then last Wednesday i thought i had started my period because after urinating i wiped and there was blood on the toilet paper. After that, there was no blood but 1-2 times a day in my urine I noticed a pink tissue substance in the toilet with my urine about the size of a quarter. then for the past two nights i've notice a reddish/brownish stain about the size of a quarter on my pad when i wake up in the mornings. should i consider this a period, or what is it? should i call my doctor and get checked? what's the pink tissue and the spotting mean?
