What Causes Heavy Bleeding While Suffering With Bladder Infection?

Hiya, I have a bladder infection, and am taking pills for it that my doctor gave me. But it's giving me really heavy bleeding, and although the burning and such is getting better, the bleeding is getting worse. But I'm not sure if i should be worried ??
