What Causes Heavy Bleeding?

hi i had a baby 8 weeks ago i hemoraged after the delivery since that stoped i was losing green colured blood but it smelled now that has stoped since yesterday ive been constantly gushing out blood and there was big clots in it and what looked like flesh im still bleeding the same and its now been 24 hours could you please answer my quirey with answer what it is and what to do
