What Causes Heavy Bleeding,cramping And Excessive Black Clumping?

I am currently having my second period for this month. the first one was pretty normal but this one is extremely heavy with very excessive clumping. My cramps have also been very extreme this time around. I've never had 2 periods in one month, and never one with this much black clumpiness...what could it be? help!
