What Causes Heavy Feeling In Chest, Nausea And Vomiting?

I have a heavy feeling in my chest, I feel nauseated (threw up a few times) shoulders feel sluggish. I've taken mess for bowels because I don't go regular that's what I thought I could be but I haven't gone yet in a week so I thought that may be related. I've taken Nexium thinking that would help but no relief. Help please
