What Causes Heavy Feeling In Lower Legs Causing Difficulty In Walking?

i have a sleep disorder and was in a accident at 17 yrs and then hit in the head with a hight chair when 22 yrs since both incedents. and i now have insomia depression and sever anxity disorder to and now ive noticed my legs get very heavy in the lower legs and feel like i have cement blocks on them . and my arms are doing it to now .i take mirzaopine 45 mg for bed time and one other for rls quiapine two peach colors at bedtime to . but it happened last night very badly .every week this get bad and it hurts to .and i let my doc know and he says walk more .but i told him when it gets this bad i cant walk for at least a week after .and hes done nothing bout it .the meds im on now are from my shrink .their are two more cepriex one white one and two blue ones cloazapam . what do i do now .ty nanc
