What Causes Heavy Headedness Along With Blackout In Vision?

Last night I was laying in my bed, trying to fall asleep, when I believe I blacked out. My vision was dark, my head felt very heavy, and I couldn t move but I was still conscious of what was happening. It lasted less than a minute and when I tried to get up afterwards I fell back unable to move. My vision started shaking sort of like I was in a strobe light and I felt my whole body shaking as well. I couldn t scream for help and I couldn t even move my body enough to bang on the wall beside me to get some help. It passed quickly, I have no clue how long it lasted, but it didn t seem to leave any after-effects besides pressure on my chest and a pounding headache all day. I don t know what happened to me and I am very concerned, if you could please help.
